Diamond mining uses a highly mechanised method of extraction and with this, we strive on innovation by using the latest techniques and smartest technology to extract some of the world’s most precious diamonds. Petra has embarked on a focused programme through our Caving school to develop and ensure employees have the critical technical skills needed to mine effectively and safely.

Qualified graduates can enter into a number of graduate programmes which will see them acquire professional certifications. Supervisory and Management skills are offered to current and future learners to ensure they are empowered with the correct leadership competencies needed in the workplace.
